Was camping at Seaton Creek Campground when my truck wouldn't start. We are 2 hours away from home and had no idea who to call. Looked up reviews on Google and found this place with good reviews. Called them and received a prompt return call from Melissa who understood my situation and got me in early the next day. Greg called me 8:30 the next morning to let me know that it was the starter and he ordered it and repaired it by 1pm. Melissa even came to pick me up to get my truck when it was ready. If you are from out of town or not, this place I would highly recommend because of their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you Melissa and Greg.

Great Service!

Jessica De Young  recommends Total Tire and Auto.

We had just passed through Buckley on our way home from visiting family for Easter when a tire blew on our car. We were an hour from my family and a couple hours from home in the middle of the afternoon. I googled “tires near me” and was relieved to find Total Tire only a couple minutes from where we’d gotten stranded. I gave them a call and they sent someone right out to us. He was very nice and gave us a ride to a nearby restaurant to wait while they tracked down a tire from their wholesaler. The emergency service and tire was really reasonably priced and, in less than 2 hours from the blowout, they had us back on our way.

I can’t thank you guys enough. Everyone we spoke to or met was kind, reassuring, and efficient. You all made the experience virtually painless. We were so lucky to find a great tire shop like yours when we needed it.
